All in-store purchases are backed by an exchange or store credit option within 30 days of your purchase date. Any items that have been damaged, worn, sized, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Online Returns and Exchanges
Online purchases are backed by a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanges can be completed in our Golden Time location. For refunds or exchanges, it will be through our online service. Please note that refunds will be applied to the original method of payment only. Refunds cannot be completed in-store and must be shipped back to Golden Time. We’ll work as fast as we can for you to get that refund processed, but please allow 3-10 business days for your return to be finalized after delivery confirmation. A copy of your refund/exchange will be emailed to you once processed. We’re here to help you as much as possible, but we do not offer refunds on gift card purchases or items that were purchased with a gift card or store credit.
